We ship a large variety of products many of which are in-stock, but custom products take 3-4 weeks to ship.

My product(s) arrived damaged -- what should I do?
If the truck is still onsite, refuse delivery.
Please contact us immediately to report the damage and photo-document the damage.
In general, do not worry, we will handle replacing the damaged goods
I have a warranty claim or need a replacement part?
